At Noa Noa, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if they aren't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our process is designed to be as seamless as our silhouettes, ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
